Parade Entry Fee – Dec. 7th Parade of Lights Parade starting Sharply at 6pm, Parade Entrants and Floats will line up at Hummel Hall on 20th Street West and Orange Street. There is no set time to show up, you can show up early for float setup if necessary. Everyone should be checked in by 5pm at the latest for your lineup number and positioning for the parade.
